Meet Dr. Katie Rostron PT, DPT
Founder & Owner of Anchor Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy LLC
Dr. Katie Rostron grew up in the Midwest, where she also earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree before relocating to Texas in 2019. She is a physical therapist, entrepreneur, and proud mom of three. When she’s not caring for her patients or building Anchor Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, listening to true crime podcasts, and occasionally getting lost in a reality TV show. At the heart of everything she does is a deep commitment to her family, her community, and helping others feel strong and supported in their bodies.
After more than a decade in physical therapy — including leading and developing multiple clinics within large healthcare organizations — I gained a unique perspective on how modern healthcare systems operate.
I also saw what was missing.
Too often, patients were rushed through appointments. Complex problems were simplified into quick protocols. And many individuals — particularly women navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, or chronic orthopedic conditions — were left without the comprehensive care their bodies truly needed.
I founded Anchor Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy to change that.
Anchor was built on the belief that exceptional care requires time, attention, and a deep understanding of how the entire body works together. My approach integrates advanced pelvic health expertise with orthopedic physical therapy, allowing me to address the underlying movement patterns, muscle imbalances, and functional challenges that many traditional models overlook.
As both a clinician and a mother, I understand how much life asks of our bodies and of our minds. My goal is to create a place where patients feel supported, understood, and empowered to regain strength, stability, and confidence.
Anchor Pelvic Health was created to be that place.
