What to Expect
Your initial pelvic health evaluation is a private, fully one-on-one session delivered in the comfort of your home or preferred setting. This unrushed visit is designed to provide clarity, discretion, and expert assessment in a supportive environment.
We begin with a comprehensive discussion of your history, symptoms, lifestyle demands, childbirth or surgical history, bladder and bowel patterns, pain patterns, and personal goals. Every detail is considered thoughtfully and respectfully.
A thorough movement and orthopedic assessment follows, including posture, breathing mechanics, abdominal and hip strength, mobility, and pelvic floor coordination.
When clinically appropriate — and only with your explicit consent — an external and/or internal pelvic floor assessment may be performed to evaluate muscle tone, endurance, coordination, tenderness, scar mobility, and connective tissue restrictions. Internal examination is always optional and conducted only if you feel comfortable.
You will leave with a clear understanding of your diagnosis, contributing factors, and a personalized plan of care designed to restore function, reduce symptoms, and help you feel confident in your body again.
Duration: 60–70 minutes

Dry Needling Session
What to Expect
Dry needling sessions are focused, one-on-one treatments designed to address muscle tension, trigger points, and movement restrictions contributing to pain or dysfunction.
This targeted session begins with a brief reassessment of your current symptoms and movement patterns to determine the most appropriate treatment areas. Sterile, single-use needles are then applied to specific muscular trigger points to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore normal neuromuscular function.
Dry needling may be combined with mobility work, corrective exercise, or movement retraining to reinforce lasting results.
Sessions are delivered privately and intentionally, with time for questions, education, and post-treatment guidance.
Duration: 30–45 minutes
**Each additional body part is additional $25.00
